Reiko Lewis is the President of OutSource Inc. Her background comprises many years of work specializing in IT applications within the Civil Engineering field. She managed the development of Dewberry & Davis' Civil Engineering software, SASSY. In addition to her work as President, she is instrumental in obtaining public work for OutSource and oversees many of those projects.

Harry Ward's Bio & Credentials
Harry Ward, PE, is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in applying CADD within the Civil Engineering and Surveying industry. He is one of the most senior Autodesk Consultants in the world and has been a member of the Engineering Faculty at George Mason University since 1997. Mr. Ward is a member of the P.O.B. Editorial Advisory Board, is on the Autodesk Wordwide ISD Customer Council and is a licensed contractor in Virginia and was one of the first people in the country to be certifed as an expert in GPS-Guided Machine Control. He is known nationally for his work as an expert witness, his pioneering work in computer renderings and animations, his lectures, training, consulting and publications in POB, CE NEws, CADence, Microstation Manager and other magazines.

OutSource's Technicians
The technicians working for OutSource are taught to use CADD by OutSource's Authorized Training Instructors. They all go through our trademarked T.I.E. Training(TM) courses. They are fluent in both AutoCAD and Microstation. Their expertise includes civil engineering, surveying, and architecture. Our technicians work on OutSource's projects with clients such as VDOT, MWAA and WMATA. They also can perform short term drafting on your site or ours.
