This shopping mall was modeled for a Springfield shopping mall and was designed entirely in 3 Dimensions. In this wireframe model you will notice the building pads for the stores. The entire asphalt parking lot, parking islands and all of the curb and gutter components are developed in this wireframe model. As engineers, we understand design codes and regulations and built this CADD model. There are immense underground stormwater retention facilities underneath this site. This added to the complexity of the proposed grading. Significant amendments and changes were anticipated on this project since it is in a heavily urbanized area. This is one of the reasons it was engineered in 3D, in order to better accommodate design changes. Once again, based on this data, superb fly-throughs were created. The difference between OutSource’s graphics is that they are accurate as well as effective.
