This commercial building and related parking facilities were designed and modeled for a Fairfax County developer and their engineering firm. In this wireframe model you will notice the building pad, the entire asphalt parking lot, parking islands and all of the curb and gutter components. Significant amendments and changes were anticipated on this project since it is in a heavily urbanized area. This is one of the reasons it was engineered in 3D, in order to better accommodate design changes. Once again, based on this data, superb fly-throughs were created. The difference between OutSource’s graphics is that they are accurate as well as effective.
